There are three types of radio sport in the school:

High–speed radiotelegraphy – reception and transmission of nonsensical text using Morse code in a limited time;

Sports radio direction finding – “Fox hunting”. “Foxes” are short–wave transmitters that are placed in the forest at a distance of 3-4 km from each other and disguised so that they are difficult to detect even at a distance of 3-5 m, like a real fox;

Radio operators all-around – modern radio all-around includes high-speed transmission of radiograms, radio communication on HF radio stations and orienteering on the ground.

The athletes of the school have repeatedly become champions and prize-winners of the USSR Championships and the USSR Armed Forces Championships. With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the independent National team of the Republic of Belarus continues to perform successfully in the international arena.

During its existence, it has been prepared:
– “Masters of Sports of the USSR” – 18 people;
– “Masters of Sports of the Republic of Belarus” – 27 people;
– “Masters of sports of international class” – 4 people;
– “Candidates for master of sports” – 97 people;
